If, for any reason, your Cumulus Machine does not fully meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day return policy from purchase date with complimentary returns.

To initiate the return process, please contact our Customer Service team at support@cumuluscoffee.com.

We will process your return request and issue a full refund upon receipt of your return order at our warehouse. We kindly request that you retain all of the original packaging to ensure the safe return of your Cumulus Machine. We provide free return shipping as long as you retain the original packaging.

We are unable to ship to PO Boxes for this sale. Any order that is placed to a PO Box will be canceled and refunded.
